Preston and I went to a BYU Football game! We had so much fun... but man it was so cold outside :) We got there wayyy early... Haha. It was so fun to cheer for our team.  I really enjoy football! I am so glad that Preston and I got to go to a game!

 I made this blanket for one of my Best Friends, Kegan! It was for her Birthday! I was a little nervous because I was afraid that she didn't like it! I don't know why I freaked out so much because She loved it!

 I loved it too! After I was done I wanted to make another one for myself! :)

I am so happy that it is Christmas! Preston and I were getting our groceries and we came across this cute mug!

 I was so happy! I thought it was the cutest thing ever! I definitely wanted hot chocolate right when we got home!

Forever Grateful

I am so grateful for Thanksgiving. 

My whole family was able to get together! It was so fun to talk and to tease each other. We played football with all of the grand kids. It was awesome!

I love my family.

I feel so blessed. 

 I know I didn't write down all the things that I was grateful for on my blog each day. I just know that throughout all the days, I thought of things that I was grateful for.  They are in my heart. My grateful November challenge was good for me. I realized how much I have been blessed with and sooo much more! 

 I am so grateful that I have such a loving husband.

He has been sick this whole weekend :( 

I am grateful that we got to talk and spend time with each other. We both have been so busy with work. We hardly have time to actually talk.  This weekend was a blast! We were able to have our fun and awesome conversations like we used to while we were in high school!  I sure love him.

I am grateful that we can be together forever through Heavenly Father's Plan.

That is what gives me hope.

It gives me strength to make it through the day!

I am grateful that I have such a special person in my life. I know that he will always be there for me, even when he is sick :(

This morning, we both felt achy and weak. We were there for each other.

Today I am grateful for...

My Mommy.  My mom is the most amazing women on this earth. I am so grateful to be her daughter.  I love learning from her! She always makes me laugh. She has a beautiful testimony and I hope to be as great as a mother as her someday! LOVE you Mom!

My Daddy. My Dad is the most hard working man that I know! He is a great example.  He loves our family so much.  He makes me laugh too, maybe not on purpose but it is just so fun! I hope Preston will be as great as you! Love you Daddy!

My Camera. I am so grateful that I have a camera.  I love to take pictures! I love catching special moments! I really need to take more so I don't forget! I love looking at old pictures because it brings back so many memories!

Our Temple Marriage. I have seen so many blessings from our decision to be married in the Temple! It has been such an amazing experience! I so grateful! I LOVE the Temple! It is my home on earth!

Our Country. I am so grateful that I am able to live in this country! I am so grateful that I have Freedom! Thank you for those who are fighting for it/ have fought!

The Salt Lake Valley. I am so grateful that I live in this beautiful valley! I have lived here my whole life. I am so grateful for it's beauty and that we have so many Temples that we can go to!

Blogs. I am grateful that other people have blogs! A lot of them are so inspiring.  I am grateful that I can write about my life and others can have an Idea what is going! :)

Days 5 & 6 :)

November 5... I am Grateful for...

Weekends. I am grateful that I get to spend time with my husband and family :)

Technology. I am grateful for the technology that we have.  I wouldn't be able to keep in contact with Family or friends.

Harry Potter Series. I am so grateful for Harry Potter :) It just makes me so happy when I get upset.

Baptism.  My little sister-in-law was Baptized on Saturday.  It was an amazing experience. It made me remember when I got baptized. I remember feeling so clean and pure :)

Memories. I am so grateful to have all of the memories that I have.  I have been so blessed to be able to have such fun memories with Family and Friends!

November 6... I am Grateful for...

The Sabbath Day. I am so grateful for this peaceful day.  I can spend time pondering and thinking about our Savior.

The Priesthood. I am so grateful that I have a worthy Husband that holds the priesthood.  I have received and witnessed many beautiful blessings that he has given! I can't even explain how grateful I am to be able to have a priesthood holder as my Husband!

Hymns. I am grateful that we have Hymns. Those words are so inspiring and can touch someones heart so deeply :)

Family Dinner. I am so grateful that Preston and I are able to eat together with our Grandparents. It is such a special time!

The Scriptures. I am so grateful for the scriptures in my life.  They are the word of God. If we read and ask questions,  Our Heavenly Father can answer our prayers through them.  The Book of Mormon is the Keystone to our Religion. I know that it is true!

Our Loving Prophet... Thomas S. Monson. This is truly an amazing man.  I am so grateful for his faith and his strong testimony. I know that he leads and guides our church.  I know that he will not lead us astray.  I trust him.  I know that he Loves our Savior... He is a wonderful example! I am so grateful for Him.  Words cannot express.  I know that our Heavenly Father Speaks through President Monson.  I am so grateful for his guidance in my life!

Day 4

Today I am grateful for...

My Grandparents. I am so grateful for them.  They are all so awesome and sweet!

The Power of Prayer. I cannot even express how grateful I am for the Power of Prayer.  It is one of the greatest gifts that we all have!

My Car. I am grateful that I am able to get somewhere without breaking down. Keep holding on Car! You can do it!

My Clothes.  I am grateful that I have something to where and that I can stay warm!

So I decided that I am going to write what I am grateful for everyday this month! Last year My cousins, Kasie & Kamie, started something like this. I think it will be great to see everything that I have been blessed with. I think it would be fun for everyone else to write what they are grateful for t00! Well Here it goes... Not in any particular order :)

November 1

• The Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am so grateful for this knowledge that I have. I am grateful to know that I can be with my family forever. I am grateful to know that We have a loving Savior who loves us and died so that we can make it back to our Heavenly Father! I am grateful to know that I am a Child of God and that I am of Great worth.

November 2

• My Husband. I am so grateful for Preston. He is my life. He makes me so happy. He knows how to make me laugh! He is my best friend. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to be able to be with him forever. We have been married for 2 months and 2 weeks! It has been so much fun! He has the sweetest personality. I sure love you Preston!
• My Loving Family. I have the best family. I am so grateful that we are so close. I am so grateful how much we love eachother. I love that we LOVE spending time together.

November 3

• My Best Friends. You know who you are. I am grateful for all of the fun times we have had. I will always cherish them. You will all be in my heart. I am grateful to be able to be your friend. Thank you for getting me to where I am today. I love you and I am sooo grateful for you all.
• My Education. I am so grateful that I have an opportunity to attend Brigham Young University-Idaho. It is a wonderful place. I love learning and I can't wait to start my career.
•  My Job. I am so grateful for my job. I am a teacher at a day school. I love the kids that I work with and I hope that they know that I care for them. Some days it is really hard but most days I enjoy seeing those smiles on their faces. I am so grateful that I got this job especially since it has been hard for a lot of people to get jobs.

Hopefully that wasn't too confusing. So for tomorrow, you will write four (November 4) things you are grateful for and the next you will write five (November 5) By the end of the month you will realize that you have a lot of things that you are grateful for :)

Hard Times...

Lately, life has just been really tough. I am not sure why. I have been having the toughest time and I feel alone. Hard times definitely come before something good happens. I really can't wait for that ya know? It takes faith and patience which I don't really feel right now. I know that I have to wait upon the Lord, but how long do I wait?

2 Months :)

Preston and I have been married for 2 months

It has been great. I am so grateful to have him in my life. There are so many things that I can write down, but I don't have enough time. When you are married, it feels like there is no time in the world to get anything done. I still have to get our thank you notes out... still getting them out. So Sorry if you haven't gotten yours yet. It will come :) Hopefully soon!! I am working on that. Speaking of work. I have been working at a Day care. I love it! It has been great but it is hard work. I have grown to love the kids that are in my class. I have 8 :) Holy cow do they know how to test me... haha But it is great. I am so grateful that they can be apart of my life and I can be apart of theirs. Preston is still working at Killgore companies as an accountant. So proud of him. I am so grateful that he has a job. I know that the Lord has been helping us. We wouldn't be where we are right now.

I have seen his hand in my everyday life. Recently, Preston and I have been trying to figure out our schooling. There has been things coming up and we have no idea what to do. The Lord has been blessing us. I know it. I know that everything will work out. There might be a management position for girls apartments. We might be able to get it. I sure hope we can get it because we haven't been able to find any apartments that are available for winter semester. If we get this position, we would be able to get free rent, utilities, internet, and a lot more. I can't thank Heavenly Father enough for this opportunity. I hope everything works out. Preston and I are going to Rexburg this weekend. We are going to talk to the manager and see if we can work something out.

I love this Gospel. I am so grateful for Our Saviors love.

I seriously just love my Life.

I have the best husband.

I have the best friends.

I have the best Grandparents.

I am so grateful for everyone who is in my life.

I just want to thank everyone who has helped our family these last couple of months.

I love my Parents and I am so grateful for everything that they do. They are so awesome.

I have the best siblings.

Let me tell you why....

(Not in any particular order haha)

1. Missy- she is a great example to me. She has a beautiful little family. she is beautiful and has a great personality. She punches hard.. but its okay because I get her back some other way :) She knows how to make everyone around her happy. She is really good at sports. I am jealous and I am still trying to find what I am good at haha. She has a beautiful testimony. I look up to her and I am so grateful that she is my sister. She is a great mother! I love her.

2. Casey- Even though he is my brother-in-law, I love him as my own brother. He is so funny and really smart. I am so grateful that Missy married a great man. I am happy that he is part of our family. I have learned so many interesting things about him. He loves to read. I wish I loved reading. He has a great love for books. I am going to make a goal to read a book. It has just been really hard for me. Casey is a great father! Thank you Casey for everything you do! love ya!

3. Nate- I love my brother so much. He is a wonderful example to me. He always makes me laugh and he sometimes hurts me.. haha Every time he comes over, we always just punch and attack each other. I don't know why, we just do it. He cares about his sisters so much. He would always ask each of us how we are doing and if he can do anything for us. He loves his family. He is a wonderful father! He has a strong testimony and has helped strengthened mine. He is hilarious. He is one of those guys that you think are very quiet... but he is definitely not.. haha. Love you Nate!

4. Becca-She is my sister-in-law... but I like to say that Becca is my sister. I am grateful that she is in my life. My brother couldn't have picked a better girl to spend eternity with. She has a beautiful testimony that she shares often! I love her cute family. She is so smart and knows Heavenly Father very well. I wish I had a better relationship with Him. She is a great example and a great mother! Love you Becca!

5. Mal- Mal, Mal, Mal... What to say about Mallory. haha I love her. She is awesome. We probably have the most inside jokes out of anyone. We quote movies together. That is pretty much our relationship right there. Seriously. That is all we do. "Give me the cup." "I can tell by looking at you" "Are you choking or not choking"... the list can go on and on... I love Mal because she is so different. haha We are probably complete opposites. I love her simple testimony. She is a great mother. I miss her right now.. She is actually driving back to California today. This very second. :( miss you Mal!

6. Russ- I miss Russ. I love him and I am so grateful for his service. He is serving our country in Afghanistan.. He is so funny. I am so grateful that He is part of my life. He makes Mallory so happy and I am so grateful for that. He has a strong testimony which I am grateful for his strength. He loves his family and is a great father! He is a great example to me. :) love you Hunna... haha

As of August 20, 2011, I have 4 new siblings... :)

Taylor, Kirstin, Parker and Emily. I love them all so much. Taylor and his sense of humor. Kirstin and her craziness. Parker and his cleverness. Emily and her sweetness... haha. I am so excited to get to know them better. I love Preston's family. I love his parents.

I couldn't be Happier.

This Saturday, August 6th, I will be going through the Temple.

I seriously cannot wait. It will be a great but overwhelming experience!

I am going to be taking my endowments out in the Jordan River Temple

There are 3 new additions to our Family this Month!!

Claire Elizabeth Wood was born today!

She is a beautiful baby! I can't wait to meet her!

Tomorrow Baby Kendall will be born!

I am one happy Aunt.

Can't wait to meet both of them.

In 17 days Preston will become part of our family!

Our Family is growing like crazy and I am loving it!

It All Ends...

Sooo... I can't believe that Harry Potter is ending. :(

I loved the series!

It will be a great weekend! I just found out that Mallory and my Mom are coming up to Rexburg :D We are going to see Harry Potter. I am really excited to spend some time with them!

Another thing that will end soon is my SEMESTER!!!!Finals are this week and next week!

Next Friday Preston will pick me up from school and we will come back up together in January :)

Great Weekend :)

This weekend was one of the best weekends I have ever had.

School has been pretty good, I am just really busy and have a heavier load. I am still working in the Bookstore! I love it there. It has been a hard semester, but i have been helped out by my awesome roommates. Stephanie, Stacie, and Bethany. I love them! They have been an answer to my prayers.

On Friday, Preston came up and we got to hangout and play games. We walked up to the BYU-I Center and played basketball on the new courts and ran around the new track. That building is so neat! We had so much fun!

I can't wait until we come back up in January together. It has been really hard to be away from him, but I learned so much from him and grew more close to him. Saturday, we got up early and took pictures. My roommate, Bethany, is really talented and wanted to take some pictures of us. I thought that she did really good! It was so much fun just to laugh with Preston all day.

After pictures, we all went to lunch and watched Dispicable Me. :) I love this movie. After the movie we went bowling. It was great!!!

I am so happy that Preston was able to come up to Rexburg this weekend.

He is the greatest. I am so lucky. :)

90 Days :)

121 Days to Go!

I am going to the Temple and I am gonna get Married.... :) Holy Cow... Time has just flown by!! It used to be more than 200 days... now... 3 Months 4 weeks 2 days....121 Days to go!!!

I am the Luckiest girl in the whole world :)

I have the best friend ever.

I can't wait to be sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple. I am so lucky. I really am! How do I even deserve Him? He is the sunshine in my life, haha! :)

The Past Little While :)

There has been a lot of things going on lately.

1. I started running again! Oh I missed it! I couldn't run as much as i used to, but its okay :) I get back to it. Running is something I love to do! This is what I do to relax and let things go that have happened earlier that day. I love it! Can't really explain in words. I haven't really had a "good" run since I graduated from High School ha ha. Oh man, It is crazy to think that I kept putting it off for stuff that wasn't really as important and not worth my time... as my mother would say The Bachelor... :) but i still like it... But after this season, I realized wow... maybe that was a waste of time. haha.. I just love those kind of shows, maybe I need to work on that. I am going to make and achieve as many goals as I can these next couple of months :) Using my time wisely and eating ALOT healthier :) and just being happy because I really do have a wonderful life.

2. My sisters have moved back in to our house. Haha.. it has been a bit crazy at the Wood house. I love my family and it has been great to see them and have fun together! Missy, Mallory, and Becca are pregnant! So I get 2 more nieces... and the other one we aren't sure what the baby is yet:) Becca isn't finding out until the baby comes! I can't believe she can wait! Riley, Ryan, Cooper, and Ethan all play together! it is fun to watch...little fights here and there. It has been hard to live with everyone. We all have our way of living :) lets just say it has been a great learning experience! I am so glad that my whole family lives so close. I love them, they are the best!!

3. I got to go to Disney on Ice with my Best Friend :) It was so much fun. I still love that stuff. It was just awesome. Preston liked it too! :) He even told me he did. It was cool because it had so many characters! I will post pictures when I have more time. :) I seriously have THE BEST FRIEND EVER... :) Speaking of best friend...Here is number four....

4. I will be getting married for time and all eternity in the beautiful Salt Lake Temple on August 2oth :D I can't believe it! I love Preston and I am so happy. I will write the proposal when I have more time... :) I am happy that I get to be with him forever. I am so grateful for his wonderful spirit and example. He is so sweet. Words cannot tell how much I appreciate him. He works so hard. I am so grateful that we have a strong foundation. We have been friends for a very long time! I love it because our friendship will just keep growing and growing. :)

5. These past couple months have been life changing...I have learned to put my trust in the Lord. There has been a lot of things that have not been going the way that I have planned. But I definitely know that the Lord has a different plan for me. There has been huge life decisions I have had to make. I know that the decisions that I have made are the right ones. I have felt the comfort that I need to know that my decisions are right. It is hard because there are people that think they know my future and what I should do but they are wrong. The Lord Loves me and He will never lead me astray.

The Twists and Turns of Life!

Life.... How do I explain it? I don't think anyone could explain it. There has been so many things that has happened the past couple of weeks that has been life changing. I didn't really know what to do... I was so lost and things definitely were not going they way I had planned. I need to remember that the Lord is in charge and He knows what He is doing. The thing I gotta do is rejoice as I go foward and keep my head held high! Sometimes I wish that there was an instruction manual telling me how to do things the right way. I sometimes wish that I can see whats going to happen if I make a decision to do this instead of doing that... It has been on my mind a lot lately...In my life, things don't work out the way that I planned them to. But I know that everything happens for a reason and that I am a child of God. I know that He knows all and I don't need to worry. As long as I am doing what is right, everything will work out. There is a quote by President Gordon B. Hinckley and I love it!

"It isn't as bad as you sometimes think it is. It all works out. Don't worry. I say that to myself every morning. It will all work out. If you do your best, it will all work out. Put your trust in God and move foward with faith and confidence in the future. The Lord will not forsake us."

Everything is going to work out the way it needs to :) Iam not going to worry, I am going to keep my chin up and see what the Lord wants me to do. Another thing I want to do is to be a lot easier on myself... I am so hard on myself. I just need to remember that I am doing the best I can and sometimes that is the only thing that I can do.
