Trust in the Lord.

That is all I can do at this point.

Life just keeps happening. 

The only things that I need and can do is to work hard and trust in Him.

New Years!

This year we had so much fun playing games and just relaxing.

We went to Preston's parents house and just ate food.

We played Just Dance and loved every second of it.

I am having trouble uploading pictures and videos :(

But we definitely had a good time.

The boys were dancing to Call Me Maybe.

Hilarious!

 

It was Preston, his parents, Parker, Emily, Taylor, Bethani, Spencer, and his parents.

We played games until the final minute!

We saw that it was 11:58 and we ran to get pots and pans that we could

go outside at midnight and bang them together :) (old family tradition).

I love new years. 

It gives me a chance to reflect on the past year. 

I have achieved most of my goals that I made at the beginning of the year.

I have worked so hard and have been getting far in my education.

Preston and I both have 2 or 3 semesters left of school! Thank goodness.

This past year has been really trying.

There have been so many ups and downs.

Closer to the beginning of the year, Mal gave us a scare.

At that point of my life, I have never experienced anything like that.

Then in July, it happened again.  My grandmother passed away.

I love her and I am so grateful that she was part of my life.

For Christmas, my uncle Bill let us choose a couple of Grandmas figurines that reminded us of her. It was so special.  I am grateful that I have these things to remember my grandma by.  She loved cats.  That is what I chose. I chose two of them. So special.

 

This next year is going to be amazing!

Hopefully we will graduate college and start our new life!

Let the good times Begin! :)
